📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by promoting our coffee products to customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in managing inventory and restocking products as needed.,Support marketing efforts by participating in promotions and events.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in training new staff members to ensure consistent service quality.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
