📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and prototyping of tools using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Support quality control processes, including inspections and testing of manufactured tools.
• Participate in maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Learn and apply best practices in tool manufacturing, including materials selection and manufacturing processes.
• Document and maintain accurate records of engineering activities and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a willingness to learn additional software as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
