📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and customize CRM systems to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of CRM solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM systems in production.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM development, with a strong background in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, and C#.
• Experience with database management systems like SQL Server and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
