📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Create and manage social media content calendars and engage with followers.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.,Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.,Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
