📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, and our own e-commerce website.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Manage inventory and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and manage promotional campaigns.
• Provide training and support to e-commerce staff to enhance their performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to improve e-commerce operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or food service industry.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving digital growth.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools and software such as Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
