📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and screen Mandarin-speaking candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
• Collaborate with local hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide candidate updates
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using Teleperformance's HRIS
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by actively seeking candidates from various backgrounds

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Experience working with Teleperformance's HRIS or similar systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
