WAVE Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures related to HR.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
