📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality recruitment processes.
  • Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate recruitment solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
  • Measure and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our efforts and identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
