Bidang Nanda Geprek is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for food and a proven track record in operations management, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Manage a team of staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and motivated.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right ingredients on hand at all times.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new operational procedures and systems.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Work with the finance team to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
