📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of job postings.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
