PT Emas Wardhana is a leading jewelry company in Indonesia, known for its high-quality and elegant designs. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our sales consultants in providing excellent customer service and promoting our products. You will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, where you can develop your sales and customer service skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist sales consultants in providing excellent customer service.

Promote and demonstrate our jewelry products to customers.

Assist in stock management and inventory control.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our products.

Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.

Maintain a clean and attractive retail space.

Assist in the training and development of new sales consultants.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of jewelry and retail industry is a plus.

Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
