In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Develop and implement processes for creating and managing technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and templates

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
