📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
