📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies tailored to the needs of rural villages in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead and manage digital literacy programs to empower local communities with essential digital skills.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector partners to drive sustainable development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on rural communities, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Foster strong relationships with local leaders, community members, and stakeholders to build trust and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in digital transformation and community development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital initiatives in rural or underserved communities.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital literacy programs and community engagement strategies.
