Our Bootcamp Program is a 3-month intensive training program that covers all aspects of retail operations, including customer service, sales techniques, inventory management, and POS (Point of Sale) systems. You will work closely with experienced retail professionals and receive hands-on training to ensure you are fully prepared to hit the ground running in your new role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and satisfying.
• Assist in stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.
• Process sales transactions using POS systems, including cash and card transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring a positive resolution for all customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including counting stock, updating inventory records, and ordering new merchandise.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your retail skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, or a strong interest in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items.
