📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, including mowing, fertilizing, and irrigation.
• Ensure the course is in top condition for tournaments, practice rounds, and regular play.
• Monitor and maintain course hazards, bunkers, and other features to meet safety and aesthetic standards.
• Assist in the preparation of the course for events and tournaments, including setting up and tearing down temporary structures.
• Provide excellent customer service to golfers and guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the golf course superintendent and staff to implement and maintain course management plans.
• Assist in the organization and execution of golf tournaments and events, including scorekeeping and course set-up.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies in golf course management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in golf course maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with golf course maintenance equipment and software, such as GPS systems and course management software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
