• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Develop and manage career development programs to support employee growth.
• Conduct regular salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Collaborate with department heads to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive employee benefit plans.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR compensation and career development.
• Certification in HR compensation (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proficient in HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
