📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or customer service role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
