HAVEN Lestari is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization thrive. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the best of both worlds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee leave and attendance records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
