📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and networks.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.,Monitor system performance and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work with the IT team to improve and optimize our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with networking technologies and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
