📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and maintain a customer database and sales pipeline.,Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email, and social media.,Present products and services to potential customers and negotiate sales.,Track and report on sales performance and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the coffee and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
