PT Raya Cendrawasih is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Manager to join our team in Kulon Progo. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our HR department and play a key role in shaping the company's HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Develop and implement training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and teams.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
