📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.,Monitor and respond to security incidents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.,Train and mentor security staff.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed.,Manage security budgets and resources.,Provide regular security reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of security regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with security software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.
