📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the delivery marketplace, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize delivery routes and logistics using advanced tools like Google Maps API and internal Gojek systems.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the delivery experience and expand service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of delivery operators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Represent Gojek at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in the on-demand delivery sector.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing delivery operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards for delivery services.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
