🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
