Base Web Pratama is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being part of our vibrant team in Canggu, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
