📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue sales leads, and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and achieve company goals.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the agriculture and agricultural products market.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
