📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff scheduling and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and ensure quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure the restaurant meets financial targets and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
