📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.,Manage and maintain the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing prompt and efficient service.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Assist in organizing and managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.,Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reservations and guest management.,Good organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Familiarity with local regulations and hotel policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
