Senior Marketing Executive

CV Cendrawasih Cempaka is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. This is a full-time position located in Seminyak, Bali. The ideal candidate will be based in Bali but may be required to travel occasionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Create and manage marketing content, including websites, social media, and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and campaigns.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
