📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized financial advice to clients in Sorong and Jayapura regions, focusing on insurance products and financial planning.
• Conduct financial assessments and develop customized plans to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
• Manage client portfolios and monitor investment performance using AXA Mandiri's proprietary software and industry-standard platforms.
• Educate clients on financial products, including life, health, and retirement insurance, to ensure they make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and consultations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the growth of AXA Mandiri's client base by identifying new opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory or a related role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Certification as a Financial Advisor (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, including life, health, and retirement insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using AXA Mandiri's proprietary software and other financial planning tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
