📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist bakers in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and cakes using our state-of-the-art equipment and tools.
• Ensure the bakery is clean and well-organized, following all health and safety regulations.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient checkout processes.
• Stock shelves and maintain a well-organized display of baked goods.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and meet daily production targets.
• Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment.
• Familiarity with bakery equipment and tools, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including boxes and equipment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
