As an Operations Supervisor in Makassar, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of our ride operators. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that our rides are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the ride park, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and train a team of ride operators, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of all rides and attractions to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain ride equipment, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the amusement or entertainment industry.
• Proven experience in managing and training teams of operators.
• Certification in safety management and/or ride operation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ride maintenance and repair procedures.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
