📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including loan processing, collections, and customer service.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives, such as marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to ensure compliance with company targets.
• Develop and implement customer-centric approaches to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align branch operations with company-wide strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the finance or multifinance industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including loans, credit risk assessment, and collections.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of BNI Multifinance’s products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
